Summary Overview:
Direct the maintenance team in maintaining, repairing, and upgrading all facilities at Three Rivers Resort including structures, vehicles, water and sewer systems, hot tubs and appliances. Oversee the administration side of the maintenance department by making schedules, invoicing condo owners, etc. Provide project management support and labor on capital improvement plans such as cabin remodels, new structure construction and water and sewer system upgrades.
