A Sample of WhatYou\'llDo inthis Role: Assistwithallaspects of day-to-day operations of the facility Assistwith seed treatments and seed warehouse operations Assistwith dispatching andlogistics UtilizeJD Edwards for order fulfillment, generating shipping papers, and invoicing Assistwith the inventory control process Manageliquid fertilizer operations Lead EHSS training sessions and meetings when necessary Keep the location current with DOT regulations (Comply, JJ Keller) Provide support to other team memberstoattainbranch goals What You Bring totheRole: 1+ years of experience Knowledge and/or experience with agricultural operations Ability to work independently with minimum supervision Proficient in all MicrosoftOffice applications,particularlyExcel Ability to multi-task, take direction,and work independently Willingnessand desire to work overtime hours during busy seasons Class A CDL ispreferredbut notrequired High School Diploma or equivalent What Makes You a Great Fit: You have excellent written and verbalEnglishcommunication skills You have stronginterpersonal skills You have a detail and accuracy orientation with an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously You present a professional image through personal appearance and facility cleanliness Compensation and Benefits: The base compensation for this position ranges from \$17.16 to \$22.87 per hour.
