The Coca-Cola Company Senior Manager, Assets and Experience, Caucasus and Central Asia Region in Almaty, Kazakhstan
EME (Eurasia Middle East) OU Marketing is undergoing a step-change to deliver more balanced, sustainable growth, powered by deeper consumer intimacy, stronger integration, accelerated innovation, and data- and tech-enabled precision marketing. Focus, Scope, & Impact:
Own and elevate assets and experiences, ensuring they deliver emotional connection, memorability, and commercial impact across live, retail, and experiential solutions.
Assets Strategy & Management: Define local assets strategy, aligned with category and connection priorities. Lead planning, negotiation, and execution of brand assets. Ensure assets are modular, scalable, and experience-ready.
Experiential Marketing Leadership: Lead experiential marketing strategy and capabilities. Elevate how brands show up in live experiences, events, and activations. Ensure experiences are distinctive, sharable, and conversion-oriented
Retail & Shopper Experiences: Own retail and shopper experience design, in partnership with commercial teams. Leverage retail experiences as media and data capture moments.
Innovation, Tech & Measurement: Integrate technology, data capture, and personalization into experiences.
Influencer, Talent & Partnerships Management: Define and lead influencer and talent strategy across key passion points (sports, music, entertainment, gaming, culture). Identify, onboard, and manage influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors. Lead negotiation, contracting, and performance management of talent and agencies.
Sponsorships & Partnership Development: Identify and secure high-impact local sponsorships and partnership opportunities. Translate sponsorships into fully integrated activation platforms across content, retail, and experiences, with clear ROI and brand impact.
Experience & Critical Requirements
Significant project management experience (8 years+) and agency management
Great to have : experience in relevant marketing disciplines like creative strategy, connections, category/brand positioning
Led complex projects and capabilities that leverage Digital/ Data/ AI as edges

Proven experience in managing influencers, talent, and/or creator ecosystems, including negotiation and performance tracking

Strong understanding of culture, content, and consumer behavior, with ability to translate into impactful experiences and partnerships
Communication focus:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; influential skills with senior executives
Ability to build and leverage relationships with key business partners (internally and externally), comfortable in working with senior leaders
Ability to work in networked teams with full collaboration, especially in highly volatile and ambiguous contexts
Ability to navigate complex challenges & linkages and articulate into plans to drive results
Ability to inspire through the power of our marketing and brands
