As a Route to Market Supervisor, you will play a vital role in building strong partnership and improving joint business process with our Distributors to deliver excellence in distribution of our products. You will be responsible for assessment existing partners’ processes, identifying benchmarks and areas for improvement, and managing cross-functional projects to drive business growth with our Partners.
How you will contribute
You will:
Evaluate and develop Joint Business Planning Standards based on MDLZ and Distributors strategies/initiatives and external factors;
Lead cross-functional project team and Strategic Partners’ Assessment Process in 10 countries;
Support partners in monitoring Action Plans on quarterly basis to ensure they meet all necessary requirements for business growth;
Develop and support Partners’ Holistic Dashboard as an universal tool to assess current and choose new partners on territories;
Own partners’ benchmarks and lead best-practices sharing process within cluster;
Provide Sales Audit Compliance and Proof of Performance Processes.
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
Proven experience (2+ years) in Commercial function (preferably in FMCG sector);
University Degree (preferably in Business Administration);
2+ years of profound experience in Sales or Sales Operations (or other commercial function) and Distributor Management preferably with international FMCG companies;
Project management skills, implementation of several complex tasks simultaneously;
Strong knowledge of sales analysis, interpersonal, analytical, presentation;
Basic financial proficiency;
Soft skills: strong communication skills, strategic mindset, problem-solver, negotiation capability, analytical mindset;
English – Upper Intermediate;
Excellent level of MS Office, in particular the possession of MS Excel / Power Point.
