Job Description
You will develop the 0-24-month IBP forecast by brand and at the stock keeping unit (SKU) level. You will coordinate, challenge and influence building block with input from sales, marketing and other partners. In addition, you will review the disaggregated short-term demand plan, which includes SKU/location mix and weekly pacing. Finally, you will provide the finalized detailed demand plan by SKU to supply planners and adjust it based on feedback from supply planners or commercial teams.
How you will contribute
You will:
Contribute to the demand management cycle of the integrated business planning (IBP) process for your categories and to strategy and structure discussions
Liaise with the commercial and operational teams and develop ways to continuously improve communication between the functions to support the delivery of the business KPIs for their families
Manage forecast compilation process, which includes owning the short-term weekly plan and the long-term forecast (three or more months)
Interact with modelling team to generate statistical forecasting
Participate in the integrated business planning process and manage the demand planning tool
Perform root-cause analysis for continuous plan improvement for key service issues, forecast errors and bias, and share output with appropriate leadership
Monitor shipment plan calculated by IMS planners, Eurasia level
Reflect codes changes for Biscuits & SS category, Eurasia level
Lead LDR meeting for Stans&MNG; Check and validate total category on brand level all Eurasian countries
Monitor SFA & Bias performance on cluster and category level
Check Sell In reflection vs Production availability on brand level for Eurasia

What you need to know about this position:
The Demand Planner role will be responsible for the correctness and accuracy of Sell in plans as a result of the IBP process, will coordinate a team of IMS planners responsible for Sell out plan and inventory levels for finished goods. The IMS team is responsible primarily for the following countries: Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan and Mongolia. Project involvement related to Kazakhstan, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Belarus may also be required.
Reporting to the DP&F Manager for the Eurasia region, the Demand Planner will collaborate closely within the broader Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) function, encompassing Order to Cash, Logistical Operations and co-packing activities. Furthermore, close cooperation with various operational and commercial departments is expected to ensure seamless supply chain execution and alignment with business objectives.

Education / Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or supply chain management, operations management or in a related field.
Job specific requirements:
3 years of proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain analysis, inventory management, or a similar analytical role, preferably within a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with demand planning and forecasting tools/systems – preferably SAP APO
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling)
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred
Familiarity with statistical software (e.g., R, Python) for data analysis is a plus
Exceptional ability to collect, analyze, interpret and present complex data, identifying trends, patterns and insights
Attention to detail - High level of accuracy in data entry, analysis, and report generation to ensure reliable forecasts.
