Pet Nutrition Customer Experience Head, CEA PN in Almaty, Kazakhstan
Establishing and leading the united customer experience team consisting of the following strategic streams: Sales Operations, RtM efficiency, Capabilities development, Business intelligence, Sales systems, and Perfect store.
Cultivating sales force effectiveness, productivity, RtM efficiency, and creating solutions that enable the sales teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience whilst maintaining category leadership. Driving the perfect store acceleration agenda, strategic and operational planning, creating reporting and analytics for data-driven decisions, upskilling the sales capabilities, and developing & upgrading sales tools and systems.
This role will be responsible for building a highly-performing team and working closely with key stakeholders to drive productivity and effectiveness across the sales organization. This role will play a critical part in executing the OE strategic vision.
Job responsibilities:
· In line with business goals, lead the development and delivery of short- and long-term strategies that ensure optimal sales force effectiveness and productivity and deliver solutions that enable the sales team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience whilst maintaining category leadership.
· Contribute to shaping and executing the OE’s strategy and leading the wider sales function to success. Build a mindset of continuous improvement that drives maximum sales productivity and optimizes ROI whilst maintaining superior performance.
· Manage sales KPI forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes in line with organizational guidelines, ensuring high levels of forecast accuracy and minimal bias.
· Provides the sales organization with sophisticated systems and tools, along with easy and reliable access to key and real-time data (reports and analytics) to improve salesforce productivity, execution, effectiveness, and customer service/management.
· Works closely with the sales leadership teams to unlock the physical availability potential of brands and delivers interventions to develop critical organizational capabilities.
· Responsible for recruiting, retaining, and developing a high-performing engaged team with a strong talent pipeline and culture that highlights the benefits of personal career development and a pool of best-in-class functional expertise.
· Motivate and inspire the customer experience team to deliver both the teams and the wider sales agenda.
Requirements:
Graduate calibre
5 years of experience in driving sales operations and business planning in FMCG
English (B2) & Russian (C1), Turkish will be an advantage
