Pet Nutrition Area Sales Executive, Almaty in Almaty, Kazakhstan
This position is responsible for driving traditional trade business strategy in a sustainable model and ensuring account plans and objectives are achieved through managing all the operational details and executions as outlined below.
This role is responsible for:
annual SI, SO, GSV, NSV and trade expenditure targets,
full accountability of coordinating, monitoring, and supervising distributor sales team and providing new strategies on how to increase sales, attend to customers and close deals
building relationships with customers by implementing a mutually beneficial and sustainable customer management model.
Job responsibilities:
Ensure achievement of annual business targets and alignment with the customers’ objectives
Sell presentation programs, booking sheets and new products to customers along with suggesting orders and actual orders
Continously guarantee that promotional and seasonal compliance is met within designated retail outlets
Develop an efficient route to market for Sales Representatives in parallel with company priorities and targets, and control its deployment with measurable KPI’s
Ensure maximum distribution of assigned products
Execute mercandising excellence by ensuring on-shelf availability, sell specific shelving strategies, and optimize quality of products on the shelf
Maintain an adequate stock of relevant merchandising supplies and FOS materials
Maintain accruate and appropriate data through hand-held technology as determined by the business
Requirements:
Graduate calibre, with experience in FMCG/consumer products and strong field sales background
Strong distributor and customer experience with demonstrated ability to work through others in a resourceful and inspiring manner to deliver business results.
Strong track record of executing strategies that clearly measure the performance against defined KPI’s, taking action to address gaps and strive for continuous improvement.
Ability to challenge the status quo with a can do attitude and manage resources to deliver business and customer objectives and deliver a strong mutual ROI.
Proven ability to build strong and influential relationships with key stakeholders in a cross functional environment and across a diverse customer base.
Make decisions within established procedures through following the general guidelines and five principles.
