Small Wonders Discovery and Learning Center Preschool Assistant in Alliance, Ohio
Small Wonders Discovery & Learning Center is seeking caring, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team at our Alliance location! We are currently hiring Assistant Teachers for our Infant and Preschool classrooms. If you love working with children and want to grow in early childhood education, this is the place for you!

No Nights or Weekends: Consistent Monday -- Friday schedule (6am -- 6pm)

Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Willingness to learn and grow --- we will train the right person!
Dependable, nurturing, and a team player
Strong communication and basic organizational skills
Willingness to obtain a CDA within 6 months (company support provided)
Experience in childcare preferred
Must be able to pass an FBI / BCI Background Check and physical
Must have valid Driver's License
Assistant Teacher Responsibilities:
Support Lead Teachers in Infant (6 weeks -- 18 months) or Preschool (3 -- 5 years) classrooms
Create a safe, loving, and developmentally appropriate environment
Assist with engaging activities that support sensory, motor, and social development
Maintain a clean and organized classroom
Build positive relationships with families and teammates
