Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

[Operates mill components using manual and automatic controls on control panel.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}

[Observes threading of strip through mill processes and progressively adjusts tooling and associated mechanicals as required with minimal scrap/waste.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}

[Adherence to safety, housekeeping, and quality standards as they relate to the production and company's objective is required.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}

[Produce quality product to meet output cost standards. If output cost standards are not achieved, provide root causes of mill process inefficiency to plant manager for corrective action.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
