Develop and produce high-quality solid models and detailed drawings using CREO and AutoCAD, ensuring accurate part revision and lifecycle management. Perform and interpret thermal, thermo-mechanical, and mechanical FEA analyses with ANSYS to validate designs under real-world conditions. Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (FMEAs) to identify potential design risks and enhance product reliability. Execute detailed tolerance analyses to ensure design precision and manufacturability, driving continual improvement. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to innovate and refine product designs. Engage with vendors to finalize and validate design specifications for new parts, ensuring alignment with project requirements. Must-Have: MS in Mechanical Engineering 2-10 years of relevant experience Proficiency in CAD and 3D solid modeling Experienced in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and statistical analysis Strong written and verbal communication skills Nice-To-Have: Experience with ANSYS Familiarity with CREO Knowledge of optical design Proficient in Agile/Oracle PDM
