Description

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Help onboard new employees and coordinate orientation activities
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
Support benefits administration, time-off tracking, and HR compliance activities
Respond to routine HR-related inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner
Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and preparing HR documents
Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and company events
Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in human resources preferred
Previous administrative or HR support experience is an asset but not required
Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn HR systems quickly
Discretion and respect for confidentiality
