Job Title: Process Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to define, characterize, and lead the implementation of new processes. The role involves driving improvements for critical performance metrics such as process yields, scrap loss, equipment utilization, and operating costs. Additionally, you will write and update engineering control documents, implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), perform root cause and corrective action investigations, and comply with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) regulations.
Responsibilities
Define, characterize, and lead the implementation of new processes.
Drive improvements for critical performance metrics such as process yields, scrap loss, equipment utilization, and operating costs.
Write and update engineering control documents like Work Instructions, Control Plans, and process flow charts.
Implement, monitor, and react to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) trends.
Perform root cause and corrective action investigations to identify process failures and prevent reoccurrences.
Communicate processing concepts and projects to customers, operating personnel, other departments, technical staff, and upper-level management.
Comply with all department, facility, corporate, and regulatory Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) regulations.
Collaborate with operators and other employees using problem-solving methodologies like A3 and 5S.
Review, disposition, and provide instructions for non-conforming materials.
Lead or support the approval of new suppliers, vendors, and Supplier Change Requests (SCR).

This is a Permanent position based out of Allendale, NJ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
