Product Manager -- SCM Analytics - positions offered by Ford Motor Company (Allen Park, Michigan). Note, this is a hybrid position whereby the employee will work both from home and from the anticipated worksite. Hence, the employee must live within a reasonable commuting distance from the anticipated worksite. Lead deployment of software solutions for Supply Chain Management Analytics. Apply AI/ML technologies, such as Python, TensorFlow, Pandas, Numpy, and Keras, to improve supplier collaboration outcomes and process automation. Manage and refine SCM Analytics delivery systems and release processes across multiple environments. Establish and sustain long-term processes and procedures for Agile - Product Development, System of Delivery (SoD), and product management. Collaborate with Integration, Product, Business, and Technology teams to design and launch analytics dashboards using various tools. Manage and prioritize the backlog on an ongoing basis to facilitate continuous dashboard updates. Utilize BigQuery on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for long-term management of internal data systems, employing SQL for analytical insights. Utilize JQL within Jira for ongoing advanced querying and reporting, enhancing project tracking and management effectiveness. Work with the Capacity and Quality Control, Material Fulfilment and Value Stream Mapping teams in implementing reporting to monitor Supplier Capacity measures, enhancing product and process quality. Work with the Sustainability, Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) and Case Management teams to ensure compliance and timely case resolution.
