ManpowerGroup Print Support Technician in Allen Park, Michigan

Our client, a leader in providing innovative technology solutions, is seeking a dedicated Print Support Technician to join their dynamic team. As a Print Support Technician, you will be an essential part of the IT support department, supporting operational excellence and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Print Support Technician

Location: Allen Park, MI

Pay Range:$23/Hr

What's the Job?

  • Monitor systems to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems on assigned hardware and software platforms using established protocols.

  • Conduct routine installations, configurations, and assemble and integrate systems/products following standard procedures.

  • Respond promptly to service, product, technical, and customer inquiries to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Execute scripted change management activities while adhering to incident, change, and problem management processes.

  • Manage consumable inventory, replace toner/consumables/paper, and assist end users with device functionality.

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

  • Typically 2-5 years of related experience in maintenance, quality, or a similar field.

  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
