Our client, a leader in providing innovative technology solutions, is seeking a dedicated Print Support Technician to join their dynamic team. As a Print Support Technician, you will be an essential part of the IT support department, supporting operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Location: Allen Park, MI
Pay Range:$23/Hr
What's the Job?
Monitor systems to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems on assigned hardware and software platforms using established protocols.
Conduct routine installations, configurations, and assemble and integrate systems/products following standard procedures.
Respond promptly to service, product, technical, and customer inquiries to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Execute scripted change management activities while adhering to incident, change, and problem management processes.
Manage consumable inventory, replace toner/consumables/paper, and assist end users with device functionality.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
Typically 2-5 years of related experience in maintenance, quality, or a similar field.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
