Job Title: Systems Engineer
Location: Greater South Haven/ Holland, Michigan
Pay Range: $70,000 - $100,000
Our client, a leading organization in the technology and engineering sector, is seeking a Systems Engineer to join their team. As a Systems Engineer, you will be part of the IT support department supporting various technical teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
What's the Job?
Design, implement, and maintain complex systems and infrastructure to support organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Develop and document system configurations, procedures, and policies to ensure optimal performance and security.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and scalability.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve system capabilities.
What's Needed?
Proven experience in systems engineering, network administration, or related technical roles.
Strong understanding of system architecture, networking, and security protocols.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
