Job Description:
Support the manufacturing and testing of chemistry-based products, aid in researching innovative ideas, and contribute to process optimization initiatives through continuous improvement projects. Focus is on both theoretical and practical solution development through the application of the scientific process.
Responsible for manufacturing line support via execution of equipment qualification (IQ, OQ, PQ), equipment purchases, process improvement initiatives, etc.
Perform in-process/release testing and reports results
Responsible for instrumentation maintenance and upkeep
Draft controlled documentation including, but not limited to, component drawings, tooling qualification, and equipment specification
Maintain laboratory raw material and supplies
Day-to-day tasks performed under supervision
Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization
Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Zero (0) to three (3) years of experience with materials analysis or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of basic chemistry techniques and analytical equipment
Good written and verbal communication skills
Computer skills including Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of supplier qualifications, statistics, cGMP, ISO 9001/13485
