Job Description:
Responsible for setting and executing the Company’s enterprise level customer engagement strategy across Academic Accounts, Corporate Accounts, and Contracting. With direct people leadership responsibility for the management members of Academic Accounts, Corporate Accounts, and Contracts, accountable for leading the team to create incremental customer value, deeper engagement, and sustainable revenue growth. The team is charged with engaging customers across complex health systems and academic environments, spanning stakeholders from hospital administration through the C suite, as well as clinical and operational leadership. Ensure a coordinated, customer centric approach by aligning account strategy, contracting execution, and cross functional collaboration. Responsible for driving incremental revenue for the Company through effective leadership of the three strategic pillars of account management, strengthening enterprise relationships, accelerating adoption, and supporting the company’s commercial growth objectives. Job duties:
Lead the Company’s enterprise customer engagement strategy across Academic Accounts, Corporate Accounts, and Contracting.
Provide direct leadership to the management members of Academic Accounts, Corporate Accounts, and Contracts, driving accountability and performance.
Drive incremental revenue growth through coordinated execution of the three strategic pillars of account management.
Establish and expand strategic relationships within complex health systems, engaging stakeholders from hospital administration through the C suite.
Ensure a consistent, customer centric engagement model aligned with the Company’s commercial objectives.
Integrate customer engagement and contracting strategies to support adoption, access, and long-term partnerships.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, PACE, Sales Operations, and other internal teams to align strategy and execution.
Set priorities, allocate resources, and monitor performance to maximize impact across enterprise and academic accounts.
Serve as an escalation point for complex customer situations and contribute to broader commercial strategy development.
Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum ten (10) years of experience in the medical device industry, with at least three (3) years in neurovascular, interventional neurology, or related fields.
Minimum (3) of years management or leadership experience.
Deep understanding of fellowship training structures, stroke and hemorrhagic systems of care, and clinical pathways in neurointerventional.
Proven track record of leading educational strategy, academic engagement, or strategic account development.
Strong commercial acumen and experience driving product adoption and revenue growth in complex clinical environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Desired Qualifications
Advanced degree.
Minimum five (5) years of progressive experience in commercial leadership, strategic accounts, customer engagement, or related roles.
Demonstrated experience leading senior level managers.
Experience navigating complex contracting and enterprise customer environments.
Strong executive presence.
