Sedgwick Land and Limb's Interior Home Renovations division is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented experienced Residential Carpenter to help deliver luxurious new spaces and a stress-free, organized renovation experience for our clients. This role involves hands-on craftsmanship, collaboration with renovation teams, and a commitment to precision and professionalism in every build.
We're looking for an Experienced Carpenter who takes pride in their craft and can confidently handle residential projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to work independently, solve problems on the fly, and deliver high-quality workmanship without constant supervision. You'll be trusted with framing, structural work, interior and exterior finish carpentry, repairs, installations, and custom projects that require precision, skill, and strong attention to detail.
Our ideal candidate is someone who shows up prepared, communicates professionally, and understands how to keep a jobsite safe, clean, and organized. You should be comfortable reading blueprints, interpreting plans, managing materials, and ensuring every measurement is accurate.
