Responsibilities
Physician Assistant (PA-C) / Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) - Pediatrics; What You’ll Do
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing evaluations
Diagnose conditions and develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
Prescribe medications and therapies within scope of practice
Order and interpret diagnostic tests
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
Serve as a clinical leader and resource to the interdisciplinary care team
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, clinical, and safety standards
Qualifications
Physician Assistant (PA-C) - Pediatrics; What You Bring
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
Active, unrestricted PA-C license with prescriptive authority (PA)
Current certification through the NCCPA
Current CPR & First Aid certification
Pediatric experience strongly preferred (or strong interest in pediatric care)
This position requires regular interaction with residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors. In order to ensure a safe work environment for residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors of the Company, and to permit unfettered communication between the employee and those residents, coworkers, visitors, and supervisors, this position requires that the employee be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language at an intermediate or more advanced level.
Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) - Pediatrics; What You Bring:
Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Active, unrestricted CRNP license (PA) with prescriptive authority
Current NP certification (e.g., ANCC, AANP, or PNCB)
Active RN license
Current CPR & First Aid certification
Pediatric experience preferred (or strong interest in pediatric care)
