Aerotek Water Restoration Technician in Alhambra, California
Water Restoration Technician Lead
Pay: $38–$48/hr
We’re looking for an experienced Water Restoration Technician Lead to manage a small crew and perform water extraction, structural drying, and light demolition for residential and commercial properties. This role includes customer interaction, job-site safety oversight, and ensuring work meets IICRC standards.
Responsibilities
Lead 2‑person crew on water extraction and drying jobs
Perform controlled demolition (drywall, flooring, etc.)
Set up, operate, and maintain restoration equipment
Communicate job plans with customers and collect payments
Ensure safety protocols and PPE use
Drive to multiple job sites daily
Requirements
5+ years in water restoration
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
IICRC WRT certification
Physically able to lift, bend, and work in challenging environments
Medically cleared for respirator use
Preferred
Additional IICRC certifications (ASD, AMRT, HST)
Experience in restoration or construction

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
