As a Senior Specialist, Performance Copywriter, you will transform complex offerings into clear, compelling copy that influences corporate leaders to take action — right now. Responsibilities
Write High-Impact Copy: Create compelling copy for paid media, email, and SMS that targets corporate buyers, including CHROs, HR leaders, and executives.
Translate Complex Offerings: Turn services, frameworks, and enterprise solutions into clear business outcomes, such as growth, efficiency, and risk reduction.
Develop Scroll-Stopping Hooks and Headlines: Capture the attention of senior decision-makers with memorable and persuasive messaging.
Craft Funnel-Driven Messaging: Move buyers from interest to action at every stage of the funnel.
Partner Across Teams: Align your copy with strategic priorities and key offerings by working closely with marketing and product teams.
Test and Optimize Continuously: Refine messaging based on engagement and conversion performance to achieve the best results.

Education & Experience Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 5 years of progressively complex experience writing performance-driven copy for B2B or enterprise audiences.
A proven track record of writing copy tied directly to conversion metrics, such as clicks, leads, and revenue.
Deep knowledge of behavioral psychology concepts, including urgency, social proof, and loss aversion.
High proficiency in using artificial intelligence tools to speed up workflows and improve work quality. We believe AI amplifies human capability.
Strong capacity to absorb and synthesize large amounts of information into a few salient, clear points.
Excellent project and time management skills to ensure you always hit your deadlines.
An entrepreneurial spirit and a habit of taking the initiative to develop new ideas, find collaboration opportunities, and navigate changing targets.

Work Environment
Hybrid Position (3 Days In-Office, 2 Days Remote):
- This position follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring in-office presence [three days per week] and remote work [two days per week]. Core business hours begin between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. and end between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m. local time. The office environment includes a standard workstation setup with collaborative spaces, while remote work requires a reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home workspace. Employees must maintain availability during standard business hours and adhere to company policies for both in-office and remote work.

The hiring range for this position is $85,000 to $98,000 per year. This range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
