Responsibilities
Write Compelling Copy: Craft scroll-stopping ad copy, hooks, headlines, and calls to action for paid social and digital placements.
Develop Campaigns: Build high-converting SMS and email campaigns that connect with reader emotions and inspire positive action.
Demonstrate Strategic Agility: Apply industry trends to improve team processes, identify emerging challenges, and connect your daily writing tasks to broader business goals.
Lead With Influence: Communicate effectively across creative, marketing, product, and brand teams. Use diverse perspectives to solve problems and support a collaborative environment.
Make Data-Informed Decisions: Test, iterate, and optimize copy continuously based on performance data, such as click-through rates and conversion rates.
Align Messaging: Ensure all copy matches the funnel stage and buyer intent. Translate service-based offerings into empathetic, relatable solutions
Translate Complex Offerings: Turn services, frameworks, and enterprise solutions into clear business outcomes, such as growth, efficiency, and risk reduction.

Education & Experience Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 5 years of progressively complex experience in a performance copywriting role, ideally with medium to large brands.
A proven track record of writing copy tied directly to conversion metrics, such as clicks, leads, and revenue.
A deep understanding of digital buyer behavior, fast-scroll reading patterns, and A/B testing.
High proficiency in using artificial intelligence tools to speed up workflows and improve work quality. We believe AI amplifies human capability.
Strong ability to absorb and synthesize large amounts of information into a few clear points.
Comfort working with changing targets and the ability to operate at a fast pace without dropping quality.
Excellent project and time management skills to ensure you always hit your deadlines.

Work Environment
Hybrid Position (3 Days In-Office, 2 Days Remote):
- This position follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring in-office presence [three days per week] and remote work [two days per week]. Core business hours begin between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. and end between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m. local time. The office environment includes a standard workstation setup with collaborative spaces, while remote work requires a reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home workspace. Employees must maintain availability during standard business hours and adhere to company policies for both in-office and remote work.

The hiring range for this position is $85,000 to $98,000 per year. This range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
