The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for coordinating and executing the full-cycle recruiting and onboarding process to support CSI s seasonal and year-round workforce. This role plays a critical part in attracting, hiring, and retaining a qualified workforce to meet operational demands across multiple job sites. This position partners closely with field leadership and internal teams to identify hiring needs, ensure a consistent and efficient hiring process, and deliver a positive new hire experience. In addition to recruiting, the role supports training coordination, compliance tracking, and employee engagement efforts. Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, seasonal construction environment. Qualifications: 2+ years of recruiting, HR, or administrative experience Candidate sourcing experience (Indeed, LinkedIn, social media platforms, Google, etc.) Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a seasonal business Effective communication and interpersonal skills Experience with HR systems (BambooHR preferred) Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Compensation & Benefits: Pay Range: $26.00 - $31.00/hour ($54,080 $64,480 annually, depending on experience) Benefits Include: Health, Vision and Dental Insurance Short-Term Disability & Basic Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match & Profit Sharing Health Savings Account (HSA) Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Business casual office environment Electronic Direct Deposit Central Specialties is an equal opportunity employer.
