Central Specialties, Inc. is seeking a driven Project Manager to oversee heavy highway and civil construction projects from bid award through final completion. This role requires a strong balance of field presence, technical expertise, and leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably. Key Responsibilities *Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of assigned construction projects, including budget, schedule, subcontractors, and materials. *Oversee project setup, progress tracking, and closeout documentation. *Collaborate with Field Supervisors, and Executive Leadership to align project goals and performance metrics. *Review subcontractor agreements, change orders, and project invoices. *Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress, safety compliance, and quality standards. *Maintain effective communication with owners, inspectors, and internal teams. *Lead project meetings and prepare reports summarizing progress, issues, and cost performance. *Support continuous improvement and adherence to company safety, environmental, and quality programs.
