We are currently hiring a Fry Cook and Grill Cook for our busy restaurant. The ideal candidate for these positions will have previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to work well under stress and tight deadlines. We're looking for dependable, motivated professionals with a passion for preparing delicious food.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure proper food rotation., and delivery of hot food to customers.
- Pre-session food preparation and/or just-in-time food prep.
- Communicate with supervisors when issues arise to ensure that proper steps are taken.
- Have knowledge of the proper ingredients for dishes and how to interpret recipes.
- Be able to use, clean, and maintain cooking equipment.
- Clean cook/prep areas, utensils and equipment.
