Adecco is Hiring: Data Center Technician – Alburtis, PA

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay: $26.50/hour - weekly pay

Overview:

Adecco is seeking an experienced Data Center Technician to join a fast-paced team in Alburtis, PA. The ideal candidate will handle installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of data center systems while ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance procedures on data center systems

  • Maintain detailed system documentation

  • Terminate cables and distribution frames, perform cabling, racking, and server installations

  • Provide training and support to other technicians on repair techniques and procedures

  • Communicate effectively both internally and externally as needed

  • Comply with quality and performance standards

  • Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized

  • Follow warehouse and safety regulations

  • Perform other duties as assigned based on warehouse operations

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience cabling complex data rack systems

  • Strong knowledge of data center technology, electronics, and troubleshooting techniques

  • Familiarity with data rack cabling standards and best practices

  • Proficient in using cable and fiber test equipment

  • Knowledge of handling hard drive devices and ESD policy standards

  • Ability to read and interpret build documents, schematics, and cable routing lists

  • Safely operate hand tools, maintain accurate inventory, and follow safety protocols

  • Proficiency in computer skills for accurate data entry of completed units

Pay Details: $26.50 per hour
