Job Description

AV is looking for a highly motivated Technical Project Coordinator to support the Program Manager in planning, executing, and sustaining field operations, demonstrations, and maintenance for C2 CUAS, Tracking, and DE CUAS systems. This role combines hands-on technical support, operational coordination, and customer engagement to ensure successful delivery of all system events.

What You Will Do

  • Lead day-to-day coordination of system maintenance, sustainment, and pre-event readiness

  • Plan and execute customer demonstrations, operational events, and field deployments

  • Coordinate transportation of equipment and personnel to support events

  • Support system configuration, subsystem integration, troubleshooting, and hardware repairs/upgrades

  • Assist with system setup, teardown, and on-site technical support across multiple locations

  • Maintain accurate documentation of hardware inventories, configurations, repairs, and lessons learned

  • Collaborate with engineering, hardware, operations, and growth teams to meet program objectives

  • Manage small teams and support team-building and division-level initiatives as needed

  • Ensure operational events meet customer and program requirements

Key Requirements

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across complex hardware and integrated systems

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic, high-tempo operational environments

  • Experience coordinating technical projects with customer-facing components

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Travel

  • Up to 30% travel, including overnight trips, to support operational events, customer demonstrations, and system deployments

  • Travel may include secure, field, or austere locations

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in technical project coordination, field operations, or related technical roles

  • Hands-on experience with system setup, configuration, and maintenance

  • Proficiency with standard computer systems and documentation tools

  • Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance

  • Degree not required to start; relevant experience is sufficient

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, electronics, or related technical field

  • Experience supporting C2, CUAS, tracking, or directed energy systems

  • Prior experience in customer demonstrations, operational events, or field deployments

  • Experience leading small technical teams and mentoring staff

The salary range for this role is:

$17 - $24
