Restoration Technician - starting at $17.00/hr
40 hour work week, day shift with some on-call
Job Description
As a Restoration Technician, you will respond to emergency calls involving water, fire, smoke, mold, sewage, biohazard, or storm damage to residential and commercial properties. Your role involves restoring affected properties and preparing them for the rebuild team. General duties include demolition, cleaning, deodorizing, and documentation. PPE and training will be provided.
Responsibilities
Respond to emergency damage calls for residential and commercial properties.
Restore and prepare damaged properties for rebuild teams.
Perform demolition, cleaning, and deodorizing tasks.
Document all restoration activities accurately.
Essential Skills
Experience in construction, restoration, and remediation.
Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools.
Capability to perform general labor and demolition tasks.
Knowledge in property restoration and damage assessment.
Familiarity with environmental cleanup and chemical handling.
IIRC: Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification is a huge plus.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the restoration industry.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $56160.00/yr.
