Aerotek Building Maintenance Technician in Albuquerque, New Mexico
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated facilities manager with Boiler experience to join our team and support building maintenance and reactive repairs. This role is perfect for a problem solver with knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, boiler systems, and woodworking. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting and communication skills, along with a keen awareness of the environment to support multiple buildings.
Qualifications
Experience in boiler maintenance and building maintenance.
Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
Knowledge in HVAC, carpentry, and repair.
Ability to follow safety protocols.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to climb ladders and work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Experience working in schools, childcare, or public-facing facilities.
A certificate or license in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical is a plus.
Bilingual in English/Spanish is advantageous.
Work Environment
You will work in both indoor and outdoor settings, primarily in a school environment with students and an art center.

This is a Permanent position based out of Albuquerque, NM.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $52000.00/yr.
