Maintenance Technician – Industrial | Multiple Openings | Albion Area

We’re partnering with several industrial employers in and around the Albion area seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to support manufacturing and production operations.
These are hands-on, long-term opportunities ideal for technicians with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience who want steady work in well-established facilities.
What These Roles Typically Involve
Perform mechanical troubleshooting and repairs , with a strong focus on hydraulics and pneumatics
Conduct electrical troubleshooting and repair , including work on 480V, 3-phase systems
Troubleshoot and maintain PLC-controlled equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
Complete preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability
Support continuous improvement and equipment upgrades as needed
Skills & Experience Employers Are Seeking
5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Strong in hydraulics and pneumatic systems
Proficiency with electrical troubleshooting in an industrial environment
Experience troubleshooting PLC systems (Siemens exposure is a plus)
Ability to confidently read and interpret schematics and prints
Journeyman license, card, or certification preferred (varies by opening)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $83200.00/yr.
Direct hire, with benefits offered. Any hours worked over 56 hours in given week = Double Time
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in Albion,MI.
