Full Time position, 6:00AM - 4:30PM, Monday - Thursday with potential for mandatory overtime on Friday.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual for the position of assembly. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for wood craftsmanship along with a keen eye for detail. The successful applicant will work closely with our production team to ensure that materials are properly assembled and are of the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for operating machinery and tools and following safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Our ideal candidate will possess technical skills, an eye for detail, and a positive attitude towards teamwork.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To assemble louver, panel, and board and batten shutters to the precise specifications.
• Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently for production tasks.
• Conduct quality check and inspections on finished products to ensure durability and aesthetics.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-uality work.
• Ability to operate hand tools and machinery safely and effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with managers and personnel as well as other employees.
• Previous experience with hand tools, miter and table saw.
• Be able to ready a tape measure.
• Must be able to work in airborne sawdust as well as in hot, cold wet, humid and loud environments for long periods of time.
• Be able to work on concrete floor (10 Hours).
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift to 75 pounds.
• Must have a full range of body movements, turning, twisting, bending arms, legs, wrist, hands, and fingers.
• Must be able to read and understand all safety training.
• Have reliable transportation to work.
