ManpowerGroup Summer Production Helper in Albert Lea, Minnesota
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking Production Helpers to fill in this summer while full time employees are out on vacation. In this role, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Summer Production Helper
Location: Albert Lea, MN
Pay Range: $18.50 hourly
Shift: 7A M - 3PM, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
Operate and assist in the setup of manufacturing machines
Ensure safety and cleanliness in the work area
Support team members in maintaining production flow
Monitor machine performance and report issues
Follow safety protocols and quality standards
What's Needed?
High School diploma or GED
Previous manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to work independently with speed and accuracy
Reliable with a positive attitude
Willingness to work 40 hours weekly with potential overtime
