Aerotek Machine Operator in Albert Lea, Minnesota
Job Title: Machine Operator
Shift: 2nd Shift | Start Time: 2:00 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Machine Operator to run and monitor production equipment in a food manufacturing environment. This role focuses on safe machine operation, quality checks, and supporting daily production needs.
Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production machines safely and efficiently
Set up, clean, and maintain equipment following procedures
Perform basic quality checks, including labels, dates, and weights
Box, package, and palletize finished products
Identify minor equipment issues and assist with troubleshooting
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety guidelines
Complete general labor tasks as needed
Qualifications
Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
Ability to follow procedures and work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and commitment to food safety
Willingness to work overtime when available
Ability to stand, lift, and perform physical tasks during the shift

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albert Lea, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.90/hr.
