Monarch NC, a recognized provider of trauma-informed supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health needs, and substance use disorders, is seeking aClinical Continual Readiness Coordinatorto join our team.
This is aremote role for candidates residing in North Carolina.
What You'll Do
As aClinical Continual Readiness Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring ongoing organizational readiness for Joint Commission (JC) and other accrediting body standards. In this position, you will:
- Partner with leaders, staff, and physicians across the agency to promote survey readiness and consistent understanding of accreditation requirements
- Coordinate, prepare, and assess programs related to Joint Commission compliance
- Conduct facility readiness assessments and support internal audit activities
- Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting for leadership
- Provide guidance to ensure continuous alignment with regulatory and bestpractice expectations

Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must meet one of the following education/licensure requirements:
- Master's degreeandNorth Carolina LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT,OR
- Bachelor's degree in NursingandNorth Carolina Registered Nurse (RN)
In addition, candidates must have:
- At least 2 years of Clinical Service Definition experience
- At least 2 years of Joint Commission accreditation experience
