Location: Albany, OR Pay: \$21.55 per hour \| Full-Time \| Temporary with potential for long term Job Summary We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Worker / Facilities Helper to support apartment and facility upkeep. This is a hands-on role focused on general maintenance and repair tasks to ensure apartments remain safe, clean, and functional for tenants. Ideal for candidates with handyman experience who enjoy varied daily work. Primary Duties Assist with electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs Perform general handyman tasks including drywall patching, painting, and fixture repairs Complete routine and preventative maintenance in apartments and common areas Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying throughout the shift Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions Schedule Monday-Friday \| 8am-5pm On-call or overtime as needed Requirements Experience in maintenance, facilities, or general handyman work preferred Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical labor Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or carpentry systems Strong problem-solving and communication skills Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team How to Apply Call for an immediate phone interview Or text JOBS to 541-967-3600
