About the Trust Administrator Role

The Trust Administrator is responsible for maintaining and developing client accounts. Administers an account load for a group of Financial Service clients. Performs according to the Bank’s core values to ensure optimum customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintains ongoing communication with assigned clients via telephone, email, and mail correspondence.

  • Responds to account inquires regarding statements, fees, income levels and cash needs.

  • Ensures compliance with regulations and Bank policies and procedures as they pertain to financial services activities.

  • Processes bills, evaluates cash balances, estimates taxes, and works with investment managers to raise capital for assigned client load.

  • Schedules client meetings to review account performance, answer questions, and update client information.

  • Processes account maintenance for all assigned clients.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent level of education and experience.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Well organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work to time sensitive deadlines.

  • Ability to work well independently and in groups.

  • Working knowledge with Microsoft Office Programs; Excel and Word.

Preferred

  • Master’s degree in business related field

Schedule

Full-time position:

Monday - Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm; flexibility for evenings and weekends as needed.

Travel: Occasional travel to events; valid driver’s license required.
