KPMG LLP Temporary Engineer, Incident Response Team in ALBANY, New York

KPMG is currently seeking a Temporary Engineer, Incident Management Response to join our Digital Nexus Technology organization for a nine-month assignment.Responsibilities: * Manage the entire incident management process, from detection to resolution * Record all incidents and maintain documentation for all outages * Ensure appropriate communications are sent to IT and business leadership * Work closely with IT teams, security personnel, and upper management * Participate in regular assessments of processes to ensure they are well-documented, sustainable, and scalable * Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications: * Minimum one year of recent experience supporting various infrastructure stacks * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required; ITIL Certified is preferred * Experience working in a 24x7 IT operations environment * Knowledge of Incident management processes, business continuity, and data breach management * Demonstrated experience with Service and Event Management tools * Excellent communication skills * Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa) * Minimum one year of recent experience supporting various infrastructure stacks * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
