SMX Project Support & Communications Analyst (5150) in Albany, New York
cBEYONData + SMX is seeking a Project Support and Communications Analyst to join our team in support of a Modernized Data Science Platform for a Federal customer. The focus across the broader program includes IT transformation, requirements development, change management and human-centered design, among other IT modernization programmatic activities. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support for a large scale project
Develop process to ensure project documentation is maintained by team on appropriate repositories and monitor/manage this process
Support stakeholder communications as directed by the Project Manager
Attend meetings and capture meeting minutes
Document risks, issues, action items, and decisions
Develop various trackers to track broader project teams’ activities (e.g., training requirements, onboarding, etc.)
Provide PM and team leads with support and recommendations related to ongoing project operations
Support onboarding and offboarding of team
Required Skills/Experience
BA/BS degree
Active Secret security clearance
2 years' experience in similar role
Manage multiple priorities in high-paced environment
Knowledge and proficient use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience using and managing document repositories
Experience working with Confluence
Desired Skills/Experience
DOD experience
Experience with Data Science and/or Data Analytics projects
