Tricity Rentals - Towers of Colonie Maintenance Technician in Albany, New York
Seeking someone with experience in apartment maintenance, painting, basic carpentry, and other similar responsibilities.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and general maintenance.
Rotating on-call responsibilities for overtime pay. Hands on position with snow removal. Must have own tool and clean driving record.
40 hrs per week; 8am-4:30pm
Clean drivers license required
