In this role, you'll travel between client sites in a company-provided van, using a wide range of trade skills to keep buildings safe, functional, and operating at peak performance. This includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability coverage, paid time off, paid holidays, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, training and professional development opportunities, employee assistance programs, and additional resources that help you build a stable, rewarding career.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete preventive maintenance and corrective repairs according to work order requirementsPerform minor plumbing repairs such as unclogging drains, fixing leaks, and replacing fixturesConduct routine painting and carpentry work to maintain a like-new appearance in client facilitiesHandle minor electrical tasks, including replacing switches, outlets, bulbs, ballasts, and fixturesCarry out safety and asset inspections as assignedUse a tablet/smartphone to document work orders, submit reports, track time, and upload inspection photosObtain necessary materials and supplies to complete assigned tasksMaintain strong, professional relationships with clients and provide excellent customer serviceAttend required safety trainings and comply with regulatory and company standardsProvide estimates for larger repair projects or servicesPerform additional duties as assignedRequired Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; trade certifications preferred2-5 years of mechanical experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, or related building tradesAbility to read, interpret, and follow instructions, safety guidelines, and manualsStrong communication skills and the ability to present information clearlyProficiency with handheld devices, Microsoft Office, and digital work order systemsValid driver's license in good standing and ability to travel locally between propertiesKnowledge of OSHA standards and the ability to work safely at all timesEPA Universal certification requiredPhysical capability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and occasionally up to 75 lbs, and to perform physically demanding tasks such as climbing, kneeling, and crawlingAbility to work in various environmental conditions, including heights, weather exposure, and areas with mechanical equipmentTake the Next Step in Your Facilities CareerIf you're ready for a dynamic, independent role where no two days are the same-and where your trade skills truly shine-this is your chance to join a company that values expertise and professionalism.
