Our client is seeking a dedicated and proactive Training Coordinator to join their team. As a Training Coordinator, you will support the Learning and Development initiatives, ensuring effective training delivery and compliance across the organization.
Job Title: Training Coordinator
Location: Alameda, CA
12 Months Contract
100% Onsite
Pay Range: $33 to $37/hr on W2
What's the Job?
Administer and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and Quality System Training Program to ensure employees are properly trained.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the LMS; serve as the primary contact for LMS-related inquiries.
Support upgrades, integrations, and feature rollouts to optimize learning platforms.
Develop and deliver training sessions, create user guides, and support content maintenance.
Generate reports on training metrics and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
What's Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science, Engineering, Human Resources, Business, or Instructional Design preferred; equivalent education and experience accepted.
Minimum of 2 years experience in the medical device or FDA-regulated industry.
Experience with LMS administration, preferably Allego; knowledge of adult learning principles is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience supporting a global user base and managing multilingual content
