QC Technician
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00 PM

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented QC Technician to support quality assurance activities within our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for performing internal audits, conducting quality inspections, and ensuring adherence to GDP, GMP, SOP, and 5S standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and committed to maintaining high-quality production processes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct internal audits on “ready to close” units and products.
Perform audits on Work-in-Progress (WIP) items associated with open work orders.
Execute internal process audits to verify compliance with GDP, GMP, and SOP requirements.
Audit technician workstations for adherence to 5S, GMP, and GDP standards.
Inspect and evaluate the manufacturing floor to ensure compliance with 5S and GMP.
Draft and issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when quality deviations are identified.
Maintain and update the QC Internal Audit Failure Log.
Serve as the point of contact for quality checks during incoming inspections.
Support technicians and production leads with quality-related inquiries.
Assist buyers in evaluating and rejecting vendor-related defective products.
Perform additional tasks as needed to enhance quality processes and continuous improvement efforts.
Essential Skills & Experience
Prior experience in a electrical manufacturing
Working knowledge of GDP, GMP, and general quality control practices.
Proficiency in inspection procedures and QC methodologies.
Understanding of PCB manufacturing and handling.
Excel data entry

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Alameda, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
