Medical Device Production Assembler - Entry Level
Our client, a leader in the medical device manufacturing industry , is seeking a Production Assembler to join their growing manufacturing team. This role supports the production of high-quality medical devices in a regulated cleanroom environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and interested in building a career in the medical device industry. Recent high school graduates are encouraged to apply. The client is also willing to train motivated candidates who do not have previous manufacturing experience.
Location: Alameda, CA
Pay Range: $20.25 – $22.28 per hour (based on shift)
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM ( $20.25/hr)
• 4:00 PM – 11:30 PM ($22.28/hr
Overtime may be required.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble medical devices following detailed manufacturing instructions, SOPs, and regulatory standards such as Federal QSR and ISO 13485
Perform in-process inspections to ensure product quality and compliance
Accurately document lot history records and component accountability
Set up and operate manufacturing equipment in a cleanroom environment
Maintain proper gowning procedures, cleanliness, and housekeeping standards in a controlled manufacturing environment
Candidate Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to work with microscopes, tweezers, soldering irons, and small hand tools
Cleanroom or regulated manufacturing experience (medical device, biotech, pharmaceutical) is preferred but not required
Ability to clearly speak, read, and understand English
Reliable, trainable, and comfortable working in a structured manufacturing environment
Required Candidate Assessments

Microscope assessment
English communication evaluation (speaking and reading)
