Senior Manager – Operational Excellence & Supply Chain Transformation
At Philips Sleep & Respiratory Care, we are on a journey to upgrade Lean thinking powered by technology across our global supply chain.
In this role, you will drive process transformation, digital adoption, and continuous improvement , playing a key role in the implementation of Blue Yonder planning capabilities and broader supply chain technology initiatives. You will work at the intersection of Operational Excellence, Supply Chain, IT, and Data & Analytics , ensuring that technology solutions enable Lean and efficient processes.
Your role:
Lead change management and process transformation for the implementation of Blue Yonder across our global supply chain planning processes. Translate business needs into clear process requirements and ensure successful adoption of new planning capabilities.
Act as a key bridge between Supply Chain, IT, and Analytics teams to translate business needs into effective technology solutions.
Identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve performance, and simplify processes across the end-to-end supply chain. Lead value stream mapping and process design Kaizen across areas such as manufacturing, planning, logistics, and distribution.
Champion our Operational Excellence vision to upgrade Lean thinking powered by technology. Coach teams in structured problem solving and continuous improvement methods. Influence leaders across the organization to adopt Lean Thinking.
You're the right fit if:
7+ years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain operations; medical devices industry experience is a plus.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain management, or a related field.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross‑functional and global teams, facilitate workshops, process mapping, and organizational change.
Experience at the intersection of operations, technology, and analytics, using supply chain planning solutions (SAP, Blue Yonder) and digital analytics tools (Power BI, Alteryx, Databricks).
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on Lean and Continuous Improvement, end‑to‑end value chain optimization, automation, and data/AI‑enabled solutions; Green/Black Belt or PMP certifications preferred.
Locations: Panama, Panama or San Jose, Costa Rica

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
