Opportunity Overview
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to serve as a trusted business partner for our Europe and United States Service teams. This role is integral in providing actionable insights, driving financial performance, and leading initiatives to streamline and automate processes across regions. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and data‑driven environment, and has a proven track record in both strategic analysis and hands‑on execution.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering
Act as the primary finance liaison to Service leaders in Europe and the US, building strong relationships and fostering collaboration.
Participate in strategic and operational discussions, providing financial guidance to influence decision‑making.
Translate financial insights into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional partners.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial variance analysis for revenue, margin, and expense performance across Service teams.
Develop and maintain regional performance dashboards to monitor KPIs and trends.
Identify key drivers of business performance and communicate their impact to leadership.
Prepare high‑quality presentations and materials for senior leadership reviews.
Automation & Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy through automation of reporting, forecasting, and analytical processes.
Partner with IT and analytics teams to design and implement new tools or improve existing systems.
Standardize and streamline global finance workflows to enable scalability and consistency.

Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
English Proficiency.
8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, accounting, preferably in a services or multinational environment.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Experience in process automation (e.g., Power Query, VBA, Python, Power BI) is highly desirable.
Preferred Job Requirements:
MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
