Job Description:
Job Summary
The Air Cargo Systems Support Specialist helps support district air compliance by assisting with programs that align operations with required procedures and regulations. They also contribute to audit and review activities to identify issues, share findings, and ensure corrective actions are followed.
Responsibilities:
The Air Compliance Team is responsible for creating compliance programs in the district that are in line with UPSCO approved procedures and all applicable government regulations, Air methods, Air recovery units, and Occupational Safety Health Administration (OSHA) regulations.
They also manage the gateway QAP audits program to validate gateway adherence to UPSCO approved procedures and all applicable government and FAA regulations.
They facilitate gateway reviews to communicate exceptions and ensure corrective action plans are in place.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or technician
Experience in air operation
Advanced English
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Dispatch license as a plus
