Adecco US, Inc. Lead Security System Tech in Alabaster, Alabama
Responsibilities
Ability to run and install with minimal to no guidance
Ability to read drawings and delegate tasks efficiently to the assigned crew
Ability to manage and keep up with parts/inventory that are assigned to a specific project
Ability to install a camera, access, or alarm install from start to finish
Ability to communicate directly with PM, the assigned crew, and also but not limited to the assigned on site POC for each install
Ability to operate a boom/scissor lift
Ability to close out a project while following company guidelines for each install
Ability to adapt to issues that become present on a jobsite without letting emotions impact decision making
Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining a high standard for quality
Ability to train team members
Qualifications
Minimum Level 1 certification
3-5+ years of experience in the low voltage security field
Commercial experience is preferred but not required
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Strong attention to detail
