Hyatt Director of Human Resources (Saudi National) in AL RIYADH, Saudi Arabia

Description:

The Director of Human Resources is responsible for leading the HR function to support Hyatt’s purpose of caring for people so they can be their best . This role oversees all HR operations, including talent acquisition, colleague engagement, learning & development, performance management, compensation, and compliance. The Director ensures that HR strategies align with Hyatt brand standards and local regulations while fostering a culture of care, diversity, and inclusion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role in hospitality.

  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict‑resolution skills.

  • Experience with HRIS systems; Hyatt systems experience is an advantage.

  • Demonstrated ability to build trust, lead teams, and drive organizational culture.
