Job Title: Lab Technician -- 1st Shift
Location: Brecksville, OH
Shift: Monday--Friday, 6:00 AM -- 2:30 PM
Pay: $18/hr
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Lab Technician to support daily laboratory operations. This full-time, first-shift role is ideal for candidates with lab experience who can follow procedures, handle samples, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine lab tests and sample processing.
- Prepare and label reagents, solutions, and specimens.
- Operate and maintain lab equipment.
- Record and report results accurately.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
- Assist with inventory management and supply orders.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous lab experience a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
- Ability to follow SOPs and work independently or as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
- Standing for extended periods and handling lab materials.
- Comfortable with PPE and safety procedures.
