Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Technician to join our manufacturing and industrial maintenance team for a 1st shift 6am -4pm Monday - Thursday shift. The ideal candidate will possess extensive electrical experience, including working with low and high voltage systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), sensors, vision inspection systems, and calibration. This role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing complex electrical and mechanical equipment, ensuring optimal operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems across manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using schematics, wiring diagrams, and precision measuring instruments such as ohmmeters.
• Calibrate sensors, vision inspection systems, and other automation components to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Program and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and distributed control systems (DCS).
• Work with high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) electrical systems safely and effectively.
• Maintain documentation of electrical schematics using AutoCAD or similar software tools.

Experience

• Proven industrial electrician experience in manufacturing or plant maintenance environments.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, sensors, vision inspection systems, and calibration techniques.
• Experience working with PLCs (including Calypso), DCS, CNC machinery, and schematic interpretation.
• Familiarity with high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) electrical systems in industrial settings.
• Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments such as ohmmeters is preferred.
